A Focus Session is a one-off, 60- or 90-minute coaching conversation designed to give you structured, supportive space to think clearly. Whether you're navigating an unexpected situation, wrestling with a tough decision, or need a moment to untangle your thoughts, this session helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

No long-term commitment. Just practical support, when you need it most.

How It Works

In a Focus Session, we’ll:

  • Explore your challenge — what’s happening, what matters, and what might be holding you back
  • Shift perspective — unpack assumptions, spot patterns, and surface new ways of seeing the situation

Focus sessions are available to book in single units when you need them, or in advance as part of a package to reduce the cost
